Gentle Movement

This is a sequence of short chair yoga routines that invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle.

You’ll observe an increase in body awareness as well as a deeper connection with yourself.

These mini practices will take you through the movement of all major joints of the body.

You can do them as a sequence or pick and choose a few every day of the week, as it feels comfortable for you. They are a great activity to reduce stiffness before a sitting meditation or as a warm-up to any kind of exercise or a longer yoga practice.
