Namaste, I’m Mary-Ann Enthoven, a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. Mindfulness has been a tremendous anchor for me for many years. Even though I live in one of the most beautiful places in Canada, I keep coming back to the joy and benefits of a mindful existence. It keeps my boat steady in the storms of life, as well as letting me float gently and enjoy the ride when seas are calm.

During these turbulent times, it feels so important to me that we should find our own balance, a place of refuge  in the midst of it all.  Not only do we have to deal with global challenges, we are also faced with our own personal  traumas, anxiety and difficulties.

Long ago during a difficult period in my life, I tried mindfulness and liked how It felt.  With time, my meditation practice became deeper and more profound. Feeling connected with the earth, resting in the breath, connecting with my heart, and practising wise response, my life is so much richer today.

I love my practice, and am excited to share what I have learned. I hope to meet you on this path someday.

We often remain exiles, left outside the rich world of the soul, simply because we are not ready. Our task is to refine our hearts and minds. There is so much blessing and beauty near us that is destined for us, and yet it cannot enter our lives because we are not ready to receive it. The handle is on the inside of the door; only we can open it. Our lack of readiness is often caused by blindness, fear, and lack of self-appreciation. When we are ready, we will be blessed.
